Break it down like this:
Mission
- What are you actually here to do this year?
- Make it specific and uncomfortably bold.
Purpose
- Why does this mission matter to you?
- What’s the deeper fuel when motivation dies?
Area of Operations (AO)
- Where are you fighting this battle?
- Define your terrain, tools, and rules of engagement.
- Know what gets your focus and what doesn’t.
End State
- What does success look like by year’s end?
- Get clear. Get visual. Lock it in.
- Clear the noise.
- Hold your ground.
- Build the life you’re after.
You’re not here to “hope” 2026 goes well.
